⚖️Claim auctions

From time to time, the staff puts claims up for auction. /f auction lists them, with the best bid and the time left.

The rules

• Only the faction bank can bid, never your personal money.
• Minimum bid: 100 $, and each bid must beat the previous one by at least 100 $.
• An auction lasts 3 days. A bid in the last half hour pushes the end back by half an hour: you can't win at the last second.
• Your faction can only lead one auction at a time.

The faction with the best bid at the end wins the claim, and the amount is taken from its bank.
