🌳Island trees

On your island, you plant saplings that grow on their own, even when nobody is there. /arbres explains everything and shows your trees.

Planting

• Right-click with a sapling on a solid block of your island (not on a machine or a chest).
• You need two air blocks above and three blocks between two trunks.
• An island holds 8 trees at the start, and 4 more per level of Island size (up to 28).

The first sapling, the Ash, costs 5,000 $ at the shop or in /arbres. The others are earned by playing.

Growing

A sapling becomes young, adult then ancient, in 5, 15 then 25 minutes. The heart's Tree growth branch speeds everything up.

Watering: right-click a growing tree (empty hand). The current age goes twice as fast, once per age.

Chopping

A single axe hit brings down the whole tree: coins burst from its base, and you get logs, Lumberjack XP and farm points. A sapling starts again in its place.

Chopping a young tree gives much less. Wait until it's ancient: only an ancient tree can hide a heart (common, golden or astral, which is worth a rare key), a beehive or a mutation. Sparkles above the tree tell you.

Evolving

There are 25 species, one per forest of the /bois world, from the Ash to the World Tree. When you chop an ancient tree, it has a chance to come back as the next species, rarer and more profitable. The highest species are announced to the whole server. The axe at levels 9 and 10 helps them evolve.

To remove a sapling, hit it while crouching: it goes back into your inventory.
