Terms of Sale

Sales in the Linesia store are operated by our provider Tebex. The terms of sale applicable to your purchase are Tebex's.

1.Purpose

The Linesia store offers digital goods (gems, ranks, cosmetics) usable on the Linesia Minecraft Bedrock server. These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) set out the conditions of these sales and how they relate to those of our payment provider.

2.Payment provider and Tebex terms

Payments and sales are entirely operated by Tebex Limited (Overwolf group), an authorized reseller and payment provider. As such, the terms of sale applicable to your purchase are Tebex's, which you accept at the time of payment.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Tebex's terms regarding payment, billing or the sales contract, Tebex's terms prevail.

3.Products

The products sold are digital goods constituting a license to use them on the Server. They have no physical existence, are non-transferable and have no real monetary value. The features and benefits of each product are described on the store page.

4.Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€). Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed by Tebex at checkout, depending on your country of residence.

5.Order and delivery

  • The order is placed from the store page, then on Tebex's secure payment interface.
  • The sales contract is concluded with Tebex upon payment validation.
  • Goods are delivered automatically to your in-game account after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
  • Make sure to provide the exact Minecraft name; if delivery fails, contact support.

6.Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By confirming your order, you expressly request immediate delivery of the product and waive your right of withdrawal.

7.Refunds

Digital goods are in principle non-refundable once delivered. Any request (error, duplicate payment, delivery issue) is reviewed on a case-by-case basis through support and/or directly with Tebex.

8.Support and sanctions

Purchases are a voluntary way to support the project and help fund the Server's hosting and development. In the event of a ban for breaching the rules (see Terms of Use), purchases are not refunded.
