Invite a friend before they come: they have nothing to type, they're linked to you on their first login. Your rewards come once they've really played.
Send them your link linesia.net/ami/your-name (they type their Xbox name there), or invite them yourself by name: in game with /parrainage, or here.
On their first login, they are linked to you automatically and find their welcome gift in /parrainage.
Once they've played 2 h, over at least 2 days, they become a confirmed friend: a reward for you, a gift for them.

An alt account (same device as the referrer) doesn't count. An invitation lasts 30 days, 10 pending at most.
