Discord Tickets
Need help? Linesia support goes through Discord tickets: a private channel between you and the staff.
📩 Opening a ticket
In the dedicated channel, click on the category that matches your request:

| 💳 Purchases | Shop issue, Gems not received |
| 👮 Report | Report a player or a bug |
| 💰 Refund | Gear lost due to a bug |
| 🚧 Administration | Administrative requests (recruitment, partnership…) |
| ❓ Other | Everything else |
A short form (2 to 5 questions) clarifies your request, then a private channel ticket-XXXX is created: just you, the relevant staff, no one else.
📌 Good to know
- A welcome message confirms that your ticket has been received; staff is notified automatically.
- Upon closing, you receive the full transcript as a private message.
- Staff can add other people to the ticket if needed.
- Be precise and patient — tickets are handled in order.
