Linesia Server Rules

Please read the entire ruleset below carefully.
Any player connecting to our server is considered to have read and accepted these rules.
In case of non-compliance, sanctions may be applied.

General principles

Spelling and respect :

  • All users communicating in the server chats must pay a minimum of attention to their spelling in order to ensure clear and respectful exchanges.
  • Conditions such as dyslexia, dysorthographia, etc., are not subject to sanctions.

Account responsibility :

  • Each player is solely responsible for the use of their account.
  • Whatever happens (lending, theft, use by someone close to you…), you bear the consequences.
  • The staff will not be able to intervene or cancel a sanction.
  • An account is personal: never lend it.

Staff abuse :

  • If a staff member is insulting, vulgar, violent, or abuses their powers, contact the administration immediately via an administrative ticket.

Behavior :

  • This list is not exhaustive.
  • You may be sanctioned for a reason not present in these rules.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or contrary to the rules may result in a sanction.

1. In-game / Discord Chat

Flood :

  • Repeated sending of incomprehensible characters or abuse of punctuation.
  • Example: "Hellooooo" -> Sanction: 15-minute mute.

Spam :

  • Sending the same message three or more times in a short period. -> Sanction: 15-minute mute.

Caps lock :

  • Messages entirely in capital letters repeated more than twice. -> Sanction: 15-minute mute.

Advertising :

  • All advertising is prohibited except with the Influencer rank. -> Sanction: 30-minute mute.

Provocation :

  • Messages aimed at belittling one or more players.
  • Sanction: 30-minute mute.

Insults :

  • Insults toward a player or a staff member. -> Sanction: 1-hour mute.

2. In-game

DOX and DDOS :

  • Threats or attempts to DDoS or disclosure of personal information will be sanctioned.
  • Disclosure of personal information will be sanctioned whether the information made public is true or not.
  • If a DDoS occurred during a fight, a call with your internet provider must be recorded confirming that you experienced an "attack" on your connection at that moment, or connection graphs must be provided. Concrete proof is therefore required for a refund and a ban. -> Sanction: 999-day ban.

Bug exploitation :

  • Using a bug without reporting it to the staff team will be sanctioned depending on the bug used.
  • Minor bug: temporary ban (days/weeks).
  • Major bug (significant advantage): permanent ban / blacklist.

Incitement / Serious Language :

  • Incitement to suicide, vi*lence, death, incitement to hatred, antisemitism, racism, fatphobia, etc.: all discrimination and serious remarks will be sanctioned. -> Sanction: 12-hour ban.

Selling items for real money :

  • Exchanging in-game items for real money, or items on another server (Cross-Server Trade). -> Sanction: 999-day ban.

Alt accounts :

  • The use of alt accounts is only allowed for AFK farming.
  • They are prohibited for: bypassing a ban, freekills, betrayal, duplication of rewards. -> Sanction: 999-day ban.

Mouse Modifications :

  • Modifying your mouse DebounceTime to less than 8 ms is not allowed; a minimum of 8 ms is required to play.
  • Installing Macros, FireKey, etc. is not allowed (anything that changes your CPS count).
  • Controller-Mouse is not allowed: playing with keyboard and mouse while also clicking to attack with both your mouse and controller simultaneously.
  • AutoClickers are not allowed. If you open one for another application (e.g., Roblox), you must restart your computer before reconnecting to the server.

Cheats and hacking :

  • Any form of cheating such as software, Advantageous Packs (hitbox through walls). -> Sanction: 60-day ban. -> Possible reduction to 45 days if confessed before verification.

Mob AutoClick :

  • Using an AutoClicker on mobs is not allowed. -> Sanction: 5-day ban + removal of gains.

Complicity in cheating :

  • Helping a player who cheats, or not reporting it to the staff team having played with the player in question. -> Sanction: 30-day ban.

Cheat promotion :

-> Sanction: 60-day ban.

Connection crash :

  • Intentionally causing a connection slowdown to gain an advantage during a fight. -> Sanction: 15-day ban + restitution of items.

Betrayal :

  • Stealing items from a player or a faction without authorization.
  • Before kicking a connected player from your faction, you must warn them regardless of where they are. This also applies if you want to leave your faction. -> Sanction: 15 to 30-day ban depending on severity.

AFK Mining / Fishing / Monster :

  • It is forbidden to remain AFK without watching your screen. You must respond in chat if a staff member calls for you. -> Sanction: 5-day ban.

Scamming :

  • Scams are now allowed. You still have /trade to protect yourself. Scams will only be sanctioned during an AP trade, Armor Crafts, and ranks. -> Sanction: 10-day ban.

Freekill :

  • It is forbidden to kill the same player 4 or more times in less than 10 minutes. -> Sanction: 10-day ban + power reset to 0.

Use Bug :

  • Exploiting bugs (gates, bedrock, out-of-bounds, blocks, etc.). -> Sanction: 5-day ban + restitution of items.

Trap No Heal :

  • Traps preventing regeneration are prohibited.
  • Every room / location in your AP must have a complete surface of healable blocks.
  • Traps must allow regeneration to ensure a fair fight. -> Sanction: Complete reset of the trap + 5-day ban.

Trap Hard Heal :

  • Placing open gates in the air to complicate the use of enemy soups. -> Sanction: 5-day ban + complete reset of the trap.

Hosting :

  • Intentionally keeping a player in combat without the intention of killing them.
  • If the opposing player can come and attack you without needing an Ender Pearl, it is not considered hosting. -> Sanction: 3-day ban + restitution of items if players have been killed.

Back Safe Zone :

  • Taking refuge in a protected zone during a fight (pearling to spawn, fleeing to a no-PVP zone). -> Sanction: 3-day ban.

Triple Traps :

  • Aligning three traps using alliances via /f ally is prohibited.
  • If walls separate the middle AP from either of the other 2 APs, it is not counted as a triple AP.
  • There must be no access connecting the 3 Traps. -> Sanction: Complete reset of the central trap.

Full Back :

  • Returning 4 or more times to a Trap, whether a private or public trap.
  • Full Back also counts outside of Traps, including in the warzone. -> Sanction: 3-day ban.

Inappropriate skin :

  • Shocking or PvP-advantageous skins are prohibited. -> Sanction: Kick on first offense, then a 2-day ban for repeat offenses.

Item renaming :

  • It is forbidden to rename an item with insults, provocations, or shocking content. -> Sanction: Removal of the item + 1 to 5-day ban, depending on the severity of the rename.

EggTrap Event :

  • Using an EggTrap at the Outpost or AFK Money is prohibited. -> Sanction: Removal of rewards + 2-day ban.

Lying to staff :

  • Lying to a staff member in any context or location will be sanctioned, with proof from the staff member(s) involved. -> Sanction: 2-day ban.

Fake giveaway :

  • Organizing a fake Giveaway is prohibited. -> Sanction: 2-day ban.

1v1 rule :

  • Failing to respect a clear 1v1 agreement will be sanctioned.
  • You must specify each condition one by one in chat for it to be valid. -> Sanction: 1-day ban.

Anti-Chorus Trap :

*Anti-Chorus Traps are now allowed. -> The range of chorus has been modified to allow this rule.

Prestige Boosts :

  • Abusively spamming chat to level up your prestige level. -> Sanction: 12-hour ban + reset of message statistics.

TpKill :

  • TpKill is allowed: asking a player to teleport to you (for any reason) in order to kill them.

3. Verification

Enabled services :

  • Verifications can be done with scans. The scans we use are: Echo and Ocean. If a verifier or a staff member asks you to run one of these scans, you must do so, unless you refuse the verification, which will result in a ban.
  • Your services must not be disabled (exception: SgrmBroker) under penalty of ban.
  • List of main services that must absolutely be enabled:
    • Explorer
    • Task Manager
    • Temp
    • Regedit (Registry Editor)
    • SysMain (Prefetch) — To re-enable SysMain (often disabled for optimizations):
      • Open Task Manager
      • Go to the Services tab
      • Search for SysMain
      • Right-click on it
      • Select Start

Software and hardware :

  • Your mouse or keyboard software must not have been modified before verification, under penalty of ban.
  • The debounce time of your mouse must not be less than 8 ms.
  • At no point should you hinder the verification (trolling, disruption, etc.), under penalty of ban.
  • Your recycle bin must not be modified or emptied before verification.
  • If a registry cleanup was performed before the verification, it will result in a ban.
  • If a cleaning software (such as CCleaner, AdwCleaner, etc.) is open before the verification, it will result in a ban.

Refusal of verification :

  • You have the right to refuse verification; it is not mandatory.
  • However, a refusal will result in a ban.

Suspicious software or modifications :

  • In the event that a cheat software or any modification providing an advantage is used, you must at minimum fully restart your machine before connecting to the server in order to be considered clean.

  • Any refusal to follow the instructions of the verifier or staff will result in a ban for refusal of verification.

-> Sanction: 60-day ban for cheating / 45 days if confessed before the start of verification / 60 days for refusal of verification. -> The person verifying you is not obligated to provide proof of the reason for which they are verifying you.

  • The person verifying you is required to have proof to verify you. A large number of Anti-Cheat logs or a recording is sufficient.

4. Notes

Refund requests :

  • Any refund request (following the loss of items) MUST be accompanied by video proof (ONLY).
  • Human errors are not eligible for refunds.
  • Only items visible in recordings will be refunded if the inventory is not visible.

Faction lead :

  • If a faction's leader is banned, an officer of your faction will be assigned the lead.
  • If there is no officer, a member will be designated (with the leader's agreement).

Complicity :

  • If you participate with someone in a rule violation, it makes you an accomplice and you will be sanctioned in the same way.

Duplication :

  • If you are in a location where duplication has been carried out, or if you are aware of it and do not report it, you will be treated as a duplicator and banned.
  • The same applies if you own a home where duplication took place.

Discord :

  • If you refuse to join Discord despite multiple warnings (warn/kick), a permanent ban will be applied until you connect.

Sanction bypass :

  • Bypassing a sanction automatically results in a heavier sanction.

Harassment :

  • Harassment is condemned in all its forms.
  • High-level staff can take any element into account to clarify the situation.

Tickets :

  • Any ticket that is non-compliant, disrespectful, or contains excessive pinging will be closed.
  • A multi-day mute may be added in case of repeat offenses or depending on the content.

Player events :

  • Player events are allowed in-game but must not require any action from the Staff.
  • No advertising on the official Linesia server without authorization.
  • In case of overstepping, the event organizers will be held responsible and sanctioned.

Account lending :

  • If you lend your account, you are responsible for the consequences.
  • An account is personal and must not be shared.

Ruleset blackmail :

  • Blackmail concerning the rules may be sanctioned with a ban decided by a HS (High Staff).
