Creating your faction
/f create <name>. The name is 3 to 14 characters, letters and digits only, and must be free.
You automatically become leader.
The four roles
| Role | Prefix | What they can do |

| Officer | * | Invite, kick, manage claims, bank and alliances |
| Member | + | Whatever permissions the leader grants |
| Recruit | - | The minimum, until promoted |
/f promote <name> and /f demote <name> move someone one step. /f leader <name> hands over the lead permanently.
Managing members
/f invite <name>sends an invitation./f kick <name>removes someone. Note that the rules require you to warn an online player before kicking them, and the same applies if you leave the faction./f permissionsopens the fine-grained control of what each role may do./f permissionsallydoes the same for your allies.
Name and disbanding
/f name <new name>renames the faction. All data follows, including running quests./f disbanddisbands the faction. The claim is released, the island is lost, and it cannot be undone.
If the leader is banned
The rules cover it: an officer takes over the lead, or failing that a designated member.
Communicating
/tlcalls the whole faction for help, with your coordinates./aldoes the same for your allies.
