You give and remove them yourself, at any time.
What the bot announces automatically
The bot listens to the server database and posts live:
- Sanctions applied in game
- Staff changes
- Recruitment applications and their decisions
- Shop price updates
- Service status (game server, website, bot) and technical incidents
Technical incidents are posted to an administration channel, not in public.
The forum
The bot also handles Discord forum threads: status, follow-up and automatic archiving once the topic is resolved.
