Creator program rules

Plain and simple: exactly what gets paid, when, and on what terms.

1.Who can take part

Any Linesia player whose website account is linked to their in-game account, with no subscriber minimum.
Minors take part with their legal guardian's consent; the payment method must then belong to an adult.
A YouTube channel or TikTok account can be attached to one Linesia account only.

TikTok: €1 per 1,000 views.
YouTube Shorts: €1 per 1,000 views.
YouTube long-form videos: €10 per 1,000 views.
The amount is proportional to views and rounded down to the cent. It is capped at €100 per video.
The video format (TikTok, Short, long-form) is detected automatically, then confirmed by staff.
The rates, cap and time limits that apply to a video are those in force on the day you submit it.

Content filmed on Linesia only.
The link https://linesia.net and/or the IP play.linesia.net, visible in the video, its description or a pinned comment.
The video must be public and viewable without an account.
Excluded: re-uploads of an already paid video, compilations of other creators' content, and any content insulting or targeting a player.

Connect the channel the video is published on. Access is read-only and proves the channel is yours.
Submit the link within 30 days of publication.
A video can only be enrolled once.

Views are collected automatically from YouTube or TikTok.
They are frozen 30 days after publication: that number is used for the payout.
If the platform removes views it deems inauthentic, the number it displays is the one used.
If an outage occurs on our side, the last reliable sample is used, and you can provide a screenshot of your analytics to correct it.

Forbidden: bots, bought views or likes, view exchanges, view farms and any manipulation of statistics.
You declare this on your honour with every submission.
In case of proven fraud, the video is voided, amounts paid for it are recovered from your earnings, and your access may be suspended.

Every video is reviewed by staff using a checklist; a rejection always comes with a reason.
Payment is never automatic: staff approval is what makes a video payable.

The approved amount is credited to your creator balance.
Your balance is paid by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer once it reaches €5.
Your details are encrypted and staff only see a mask. The full details are erased 90 days after your last payout; the mask and holder name stay attached to payouts already made. Every change to your details is logged (date, masked details, IP address) and this history is kept for 12 months to detect payout hijacking.
You remain responsible for any tax or social obligations related to the amounts received.

A paid video must remain public for 183 days after publication (about 6 months). We check regularly.
If it becomes unavailable, you have 7 days to restore it, with no consequence.
After that, the share of the payment matching the missing time is deducted from your future earnings. No other penalty applies to a simple removal.

We keep your channel identifier, your videos' detailed samples (36 months maximum) and your encrypted payment details. The record of a paid video (link, counted views, amount) is kept with our accounting records for the statutory period. To spot edited text, we also keep a non-reversible technical fingerprint of the title and description.
We display your YouTube videos' titles, refreshed while they are tracked and erased once they haven't been refreshed for 30 days. We keep neither their description nor any text from your TikTok videos: only whether the server link appears in them.
You can delete your payment details and disconnect your channels at any time from your creator space.

Rates and these rules may change. A video already submitted stays under the terms in force when it was submitted.
Linesia may pause new submissions at any time; enrolled videos keep being counted and paid.
